We strive to provide the best customer experience we possibly can. That being said, we are a small business with just 3 employees, crafters, shippers, etc.

Any purchased product or service (that isn't an instant digital download) requires a  3-5 day processing/crafting time upon order placement.

Shipping

Please note that at this time we are only shipping physical products within Australia. We are looking to expanding into the US, Canda, and the UK in the future.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that your order has shipped. This notification will contain your tracking number. If you are ordering locally, you will need to bring this shipping notification with you to pick up your order. â€‹

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​Bookish merch is non-refundable once the order has begun being processed.

 

If you're package is damaged please take photos immediately and contact us so that we may send you a replacement when deemed appropriate.

Once a digital product is downloaded, the purchase is no longer refundable. This includes pdfs, audio, and video files.
